Bodywork is defined as any therapeutic or personal development technique that involves working with the human body in a form involving manipulative (soft tissue) therapy/massage,myofascial release, breath work, or energy medicine. I offer sessions per my time as most sessions require a mixture of modalities for optimum effectiveness and desired transformation.
